The 1662A Logic Analyzer has 100MHz state speed, 64 data channelsfour data/clock channels,both HP-IB/RS232C interfaces. Measurement data is displayed as data listingswaveforms,can also be plotted on a chart or compared to a reference image. Other key features of the analyzer include:
