仪器（除光纤、标准光源外）免费保修2年，终身维护。供方负责上门安装调试一次，并免费培训需方人员1-2名。保修期内如出现仪器本身质量问题，供方负责免费维修，如由于需方使用不当或其他原因引起仪器损坏或保修期外的维修，由供方根据实际情况收取适当的维修成本费及服务费。
光纤及标准光源由需方当场签收并确认灯泡外观及灯丝是否断裂、光纤是否完好，无质保期。需方验收合格后，除灯泡外观及灯丝是否断裂、光纤是否完好的其他方面可在一个月内提出质量异议。
